Job Description:
Salesforce Partner is looking to add a Solutions Engineer to their Business Development Team. You'll work closely with current and prospective nonprofit clients to showcase possibilities that Salesforce could unlock through demos and compelling story telling.
Role & Responsibilities:
Configure Salesforce environments for pre-sales demonstrations
Deliver thorough, compelling, sales presentations to potential clients
Occasionally lead sales discovery and assist in the scoping process
Uncover pain points of potential clients and identify the appropriate tech stack solution
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of how Nonprofits utilize Salesforce (e.i. fundraising, program
management, grant making, volunteer management etc.)
Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
Strong presentation skills
Ability to propose clear, compelling, and value-focused solutions to clients and executives
Deep understanding of nonprofit business needs
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Salesforce NPSP Consultant Certification
Experience as Solution Engineer at a SaaS Company or Salesforce partner
Pre-Sales Experience
In-depth experience with common NPSP Managed Packages
