Currently working as Requirements Lead for Customer Service and Billing department of Nationwide. Primary Responsibilities include

·          Member of the Guidewire BillingCenter Roadmap team responsible for interviewing Stakeholders.

·          Update the Current State and Future State Assessment document for Billing System at Nationwide.

·          Part of the team for Current State Capability Assessment with Guidewire BillingCenter.

§   Prepared User Stories and process flow diagrams for the functionality not part of out of the box.

§   Supported the IBM Guidewire Accelerator team and prepared use cases for integration points to PolicyCenter.

§   Designed the Test strategy for the complex Business Process Flow stream.

§   Defined the methodology for identifying the test data for various processes within the BPF stream.
