The project purpose is to build a standardized application with a generic module that is shared across all market, which allows for enough flexibility and scalability to incorporate country specific functionality in future, when local government and/or compliance policies require it. This system is interfaced with the existing and upgraded CTA functions that are being developed on Vision Plus 8.17, GECF’s core receivable system. The data retrieval and updates to the back-end host system that are requested or posted by the CTA GUI is done in real-time using VMX/MLI architecture so that global CTA GUI must be able to interface with market specific auto dialers in batch & online modes.
