The goal of the project is to integrate the fulfillment systems with the downstream client facing applications and financial system. I was assigned to work on two integration projects running parallel. First integration project was related to sending result and report to the client facing application(s) through the BizTalk middleware. 2nd Project that I am involved in is to integrate fulfillment system to the Oracle EBS financial system. The objective of this project is to reduce duplicate data entry, increase user efficiency, decrease error rate and increase productivity

 

  • Work directly with Business Stakeholders including Project Sponsors, SMEs, Operations Professionals, Business and Solutions Architects, etc. and be the primary contact for the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, QA Lead and Development Lead.

The goal of the project is to re-platform the Annuity business from current Mainframe system to a web based vendor’s admin system. This new platform will increase the efficiency of overall business operation and productivity by creating new process to reduce the manual handling. The project was divided in two phases.  Phase I of this project would entail work to get 3 new products on the new vendor system while maintaining and administering the existing business on the SLF system and Phase II is the conversion of our existing business to the new platform.

 

 

  • Work directly with Business Stakeholders including Project Sponsors, SMEs, Operations Professionals, Business and System Architects, etc. and be the primary contact for the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, QA Lead and Development Lead.
